Low Key Automotive is here to help with warranty questions on eligible diesel parts. Most products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, and warranty terms can vary by brand, part type, vehicle application, and how the part is used or installed.
If you believe a part is defective, contact us before removing, modifying, or discarding it. We can help review your order, gather the information needed, and point you in the right direction for a manufacturer warranty claim when applicable.
What To Have Ready
- Order number
- Product name and SKU
- Vehicle year, make, model, engine, and VIN
- Photos or video of the issue
- Install date and mileage
- Installer information, if available
Important Warranty Notes
Warranty approval is determined by the manufacturer, not Low Key Automotive. Installed, modified, electrical, special-order, and performance-use parts may have limited or different warranty coverage. Labor, towing, downtime, shipping costs, or other related expenses are not covered unless the manufacturer specifically provides that coverage in writing.
Always verify fitment before installation. Parts installed on the wrong vehicle or used outside the manufacturer’s intended application may not be returnable or warrantable.
