PROCESSING TIME
Low Key Automotive works to process in-stock orders as quickly as possible during normal business hours.
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary based on product availability, warehouse location, supplier handling time, order verification, holidays, freight requirements, or carrier pickup schedules.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, destination, and available carrier options.
Some oversized, heavy, freight, or special-order items may require additional shipping confirmation before the order is fulfilled.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: typically 3-7 business days after shipment
- Canada: typically 7-14 business days after shipment
Actual delivery timing may vary due to carrier delays, supplier-direct shipments, freight scheduling, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.
CARRIERS
Orders may ship by UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carrier, manufacturer direct shipment, or another available carrier depending on the item, warehouse, size, weight, and destination.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout.
Please allow time for tracking to update after the carrier receives the package.
FREIGHT ITEMS
Large or heavy items such as engines, transmissions, oversized exhaust systems, large suspension components, or other freight items may require special handling.
Freight shipments may require a commercial delivery address, liftgate service, appointment scheduling, or additional shipping charges. We will contact you if more information is needed before fulfillment.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Inspect all packages when they arrive.
If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact us as soon as possible. Damage claims may require photos, packaging, and carrier documentation.
ORDER ISSUES OR WRONG ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address or stop the shipment.
