Solve your exhaust manifold rusting and cracking problems once and for all with BD’s enhanced Ford 6.2L exhaust manifolds. Built with 0.275” uniform thick walls, BD’s manifolds are 75% thicker than OEM to combat warping and cracking. Designed to be a one-stop drop-in kit, BD’s manifold kits include all fasteners and gaskets needed for a smooth, trouble-free installation. BD’s manifolds are painted to prevent rusting and include longer fasteners and spacers to reduce the stress on the fasteners. Plus, BD’s manifolds outflow the factory manifolds by 10%!
- Manifolds available as right/passenger’s side only (PN:1043056) and left/driver’s side only (PN:1043057)
- Cast iron construction with 75% thicker walls for increased toughness and resistance to cracking
- Sold as a complete kit with gaskets and fasteners for easy installation
- Utilizes longer bolts and added spacers to reduce stress on fasteners
- Increased flow (+10%)
